By downloading or using Parcel Tracker ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Parcel Tracker is an app that lets you follow parcels shipped by third-party carriers (including FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Colissimo, Chronopost, La Poste, GLS and others) by querying their public tracking APIs and presenting the results in a unified interface.

3. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You are responsible for the security of your device and iCloud account.
You agree to only track parcels you are entitled to track, and not to misuse the app.

4. Third-Party Carriers

Tracking data comes from each carrier's own systems. We do not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Some carriers may rate-limit, delay, or temporarily stop returning tracking information, which is outside of our control.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The app may offer optional paid features via In-App Purchase or auto-renewing subscriptions managed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time from the App Store account settings on your device. Prices and features are shown in the app before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the app are the property of Parcel Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or carrier-side outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcel Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed deliveries, delayed notifications, or inaccurate tracking information. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is based.
