Parcel Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
The app collects the following data to provide its core functionality:
Tracking numbers are sent to the official APIs of the corresponding carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Colissimo, Chronopost, La Poste, GLS, and others) solely to retrieve the current status of your shipment. No additional personal information is transmitted with those requests.
Your parcel list is stored locally on your device and may be synced across your personal devices via iCloud (Apple's cloud service) if you have iCloud enabled. We do not operate any external servers or databases that store your personal data.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Tracking numbers are only shared with the relevant carrier's public tracking API to fetch shipment status, and with the infrastructure provider(s) used to forward those requests. No analytics services or data brokers have access to your parcel data.
If you enable push notifications, a device token is registered with Apple Push Notification service so that we can notify you of status changes. This token is not linked to any personal identity.
Parcels and their history remain on your device for as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.
